Dr Nosa Abike Okundaye Oraegbu

Dr Nosa Abike Okundaye Oraegbu the current Chairman of Beechwood Estate is from Ogun State Nigeria .
My Mum is from Edo State.

I’m Married with Lovely Children.

Went through quality Education.
Acquired First degree from, University of Benin (UNIBEN)

Proceeded to University of Ibadan(UI) for my Master’s degree.

I didn’t stop there, I was determined to acquire more, so I sought and gained admission to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria where I bagged my PhD in 1990.

In 1991, I secured an employment in NNPC and was deployed to Training and Manpower Development in Warri Refining and Petrochemicals Company.

After some years, I was moved to NNPC HQTS to take part in Human Resources Development projects in collaboration with Consultants from the US.

After three years I was transferred back to Warri, this time to Nigeria Gas company as Manager Admin. From there to Training where I Organised Several Training courses in collaborations with Local and Foreign Consultants both in Nigeria and Abroad .

I engaged in Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Programme and Reimbursements for NNPC, to ensure effectiveTrainings of Staff that should be trained annually (That earned me lots of Commendations)

Founder, Nemord Royal Diadem.

Also, Intellectual Resource Consultium.

My quest for Services also manifested in Beechwood, I served in some Committees in the previous regime:

– Electricity Committee
– Constitution Review Committee
– Awareness Committee Lead
– I was also the Vice Chairman of the immediate past regime.

Now, to the Glory of God, I’m the first Female Chairman Beechwood Estate has ever produced. 🙏

I am very committed to the Development and wellbeing of Beechwood Estate.

For instance, My Monthly REMINDER ✍️Messages on BERA Platform are to Forster inclusiveness of Residents, a way of soliciting for their presence and participation at Monthly. meetings.

When there is effective communication, Unity amongst Residents is guaranteed and My duty as Chairman/An Ambassador for Peace (The interreligious and international Federation for World Peace),is achieved.

With this reflection in mind, we will continue to pray for lasting Peace among Residents and Nigeria as a whol

A Contract and Procurement Specialist with nearly two decades of projects contracts and procurement experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently a procurement manager project services at Sterling Oil Exploration and energy services Ltd.

Academic qualifications include, BSc industrial Chemistry. PGD supply chain management and Msc Contract Management.
A Fellow of the chartered institute of Logistics and Supply Chain.

He served as secretary general for Bera between 2017 to 2021 and is currently an Ex- offio member of the executive committee.

He is passionate and dedicated to the course of Bera.
